No waiting: leave as soon as you arrive
There is no trick to it — we simply do the paperwork before you get here. Enter your details on the web form when you book and your rental documents are prepared in advance, so there is nothing to fill in at the counter. You take the key and go. The store is about 15 to 20 minutes from Naha Airport by our shuttle, and two traffic lights from Senaga Island.
A shuttle that runs on a routine
Our free shuttle runs between our shop and Naha Airport, and between our shop and Akamine Station on the Yui Rail monorail. The meeting point is fixed — just past rent-a-car pick-up sign No. 14 — and the van only sets off once you tell us you have landed, so you always know what happens next. The drive to our shop takes about 15–20 minutes.
Straightforward coverage: ¥2,000 a day, nothing out of pocket
CDW (a deductible waiver) is ¥1,650 per day and NOC coverage is ¥350 per day — ¥2,000 per day in total, tax included. With both, you pay nothing at all if you have an accident, but only when the other party involved can be identified. Without them: the deductible (the amount you pay yourself before insurance covers the rest) is ¥50,000, and the NOC (Non-Operation Charge, which compensates us for the days the car cannot be rented while it is repaired) is ¥20,000 if you can drive the car back to us, or ¥50,000 if it has to be towed. We tell you these numbers up front rather than at the counter.

We have been renting cars in Okinawa since 2010, for 16 years. The shuttle routine, the vehicle maintenance standards and the way we explain coverage are all the product of 16 years of adjustments. Some things simply cannot be built in a short time.

Every car is non-smoking and sanitised, car navigation and an ETC toll unit are standard, and we have child seats in a range of sizes.
