What you actually pay
Your total is the daily rate plus the coverage you choose (plus options such as a child seat). Here are two examples over 3 days, with the ¥2,000/day coverage that removes your out-of-pocket cost in an accident.

Coverage — the second part of your bill
Basic insurance is already included in the daily rate. On top of that there are three optional coverage options. They are what decide how much you would pay out of your own pocket if something happened.

| ② NOC Coverage | ¥350 | Waives the NOC (Non-Operation Charge) — the fee charged because a damaged car cannot be rented out while it is repaired. NOC is ¥20,000 if you can drive the car back to us, ¥50,000 if you cannot (tax exempt). |
| ③ Vehicle Damage Coverage | ¥550 | Covers single-vehicle accidents (no other party) and hit-and-run damage where the other driver cannot be found. |

Other fees you should know about
These only apply in specific situations, but we would rather you read about them here than hear about them at the counter.
Airport return: ¥5,500 (tax included)
Cars are normally returned to our store. If you are running late for your flight, you can return the car at Naha Airport instead for a ¥5,500 fee (tax included). Call us as soon as you know.
Return with a full tank
Please refuel before you return the car. If the tank is not full, we settle the difference based on how much fuel is left, in four bands (3/4 or more, half or more, 1/4 or more, under 1/4) and the tank capacity of the car.
Child seats (option)
Baby seats, child seats and junior seats are available and are charged as an option. Car navigation and ETC are standard and free. Ask us for the child seat rate when you book.
Cancellation Fees
Cancel 7 days or more before your rental starts and you pay nothing. After that, a percentage of the total applies.

If you cannot come because your flight was cancelled, there is no cancellation fee. Just let us know.
Questions About Rates
No. There is no mileage limit and no per-kilometre charge on any of our cars. Drive the whole island if you want to.
Your total is the daily rate × the number of days, plus the coverage you choose (¥1,650, ¥2,000 or ¥2,550 per day, tax included), plus any options such as a child seat. We show you this total when you book.
No. Payment is by credit card only. We accept the major card brands. See the Payment page for details.
We rent by class, not by model. Because the number of cars in each class is limited, we cannot guarantee a specific model or colour.
