How Our Shuttle Works
Arrive at Naha Airport
Please call us BEFORE collecting your luggage, using the number provided in your reservation confirmation. This lets us dispatch the shuttle while you pick up your bags, keeping your wait to a minimum.

Our shuttle will pick you up at the designated meeting point. The ride to our shop takes just a few minutes.

From Arrival to the Shuttle — Step by Step
Follow the photos in order and you will reach our shuttle without getting lost.
Call us as soon as you reach baggage claim
After you get off the plane, head to baggage claim. Before you collect your luggage, call us on +81-98-840-6584 or send us a message on LINE. Our shuttle will set off for the airport while you are still waiting for your bags.
Go straight through the arrivals lobby
Once you have your luggage, walk out into the arrivals lobby and go straight down the corridor ahead of you, towards the exits.
Leave the building through Exit 3
Look for the “めんそーれおきなわ” (Mensore Okinawa) sign — that is your landmark. Go outside through Exit 3, straight ahead of you.
Cross the road and keep right
Once outside, cross at the pedestrian crossing and continue to your right, further away from the terminal.
Walk along the bus stops
Pass in front of the bus stops and keep walking until you are past the rent-a-car pick-up sign No. 14.
Board the shuttle
A staff member holding a “ゴーヤレンタカー” (GO-YA Rent-a-Car) sign will be waiting beside a white shuttle van. Just give them your name. The drive to our shop takes about 15–20 minutes.
Where We Pick You Up
Both routes below are free of charge.
Naha Airport ↔ our shop (free)
We drive you between Naha Airport and our shop free of charge, in both directions. When you land, please call us before you collect your luggage.
Akamine Station (Yui Rail) ↔ our shop (free)
We also run a free shuttle between Akamine Station on the Yui Rail monorail and our shop. Convenient if you are already in Naha and travelling by train.

Before You Travel — Please Read
On the booking form, choose “Arriving at Naha Airport” on the shuttle service page and tell us your flight number. If your flight is not decided yet, please let us know by 1:00 p.m. the day before you pick up the car.
Call us on +81-98-840-6584 before you collect your checked baggage. Then leave the arrivals lobby (1F) through Exit 3, cross the road, and wait just past rent-a-car pick-up sign No. 14 on your right. A member of our staff will come to meet you. The drive to our shop takes about 15–20 minutes.
The shuttle runs from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We cannot run the shuttle after 6:00 p.m. After you return the car, the shuttle runs from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., to either Naha Airport or Akamine Station on the Yui Rail monorail.
We arrange the shuttle around the flight you gave us when booking, so please contact us in advance if your flight changes. If you do not contact us, you may have to wait at the airport. We also ask you to tell us beforehand if you are carrying bulky items such as golf bags, pushchairs or bicycles.
Our free shuttle runs between our shop and either Naha Airport or Akamine Station (Yui Rail). We cannot collect you from a hotel, and we cannot deliver a car to one. The car must be picked up and returned at our shop. Please refuel to a full tank before you return it.
